Optimize Financial Aid

Is Your Financial Aid Strategy Working For or Against You?

Financial Aid can be a powerful asset in achieving your mission and enrollment goals, or it can be a misconstrued mess that de-values the school's quality and image.

What is the purpose of your financial aid strategy?

  • Is it a way to fill empty seats and/or increase enrollment?
  • Does it help you achieve a more diverse student body?
  • Are you using aid as a response to parents' concerns about affordability?

In this workshop we'll guide you through a deeper understanding of how your tuition assistance program impacts your sustainability, reputation, culture, and goals. This is a critical component of the overall strategy for any independent school. In this training you will explore:

  • Structure: Purposeful financial aid policies and processes that enable pursuit of the mission
  • Communications: Build confidence and trust with families, donors, investors, and faculty
  • Outcomes: Wise financial stewardship, Enrollment growth, Diversity, etc.
